An Anaheim man who worked for Parker Hannifin Aerospace Group in Irvine has been sentenced to six months in prison for receiving kickbacks from subcontractors.
Donald Allan Brewer, 56, a purchasing agent in the hydraulics division, was responsible for placing subcontracts with machine shops throughout Orange County, according to Assistant U.S. Atty. Brian Hennigan. The machine shops were producing parts for the Air Force’s F-15 Eagle fighter and the Navy’s F-18 Hornet fighter-bomber.
Brewer pleaded guilty to the federal charges in September, according to court records.
In addition to the prison sentence, he was fined $15,000.
