Magnin, Henri Bendel and others “of comparable quality.” U.S. District Judge Robert W. Sweet of Manhattan issued an injunction at the request of Annick Goutal Inc., a French company that also markets a perfume called Passion. Terzian, said he had not seen Sweet’s opinion and “I’m not going to comment without seeing it.”
