NSC Aide Picked for Post

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Grant Green Jr., a top member of the National Security Council staff, to be assistant secretary of defense for force management and personnel, the White House announced Thursday. Green, 49, has been special assistant to the President and executive secretary of the NSC since January.
