The Frost Group, which previously developed apartments, condominiums and small single-family homes in Los Angeles and Orange counties, will now build upscale residential communities in Orange County.
Its new subsidiary, Pacific Crest Homes, will start with Beckenham Place, a subdivision of 55 homes in Laguna Hills. The four-bedroom, three-bath homes will range in size from 2,400 square feet to 2,750 square feet.
President and chief financial officer of Pacific Crest Homes is John R. Patterson of San Clemente.
