Bakersfield Mall Will Include Gottschalks

The $37-million, 37-acre East Hills Mall under construction in Bakersfield will include an 80,000-square-foot Gottschalks department store designed by Millard Archuleta Architects AIA, Los Angeles and Bakersfield. The firm also designed the mall itself for the Hahn Co. of San Diego, the developer.
