Anaheim-based Odetics reported net income of $155,000 for its fiscal 1988 third quarter, compared with a loss of $238,000 in the year-earlier period. Sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 were $12.2 million, up 26% from $9.7 million a year ago. For the nine-month period, Odetics recorded net income of $656,000, contrasted with a loss of $165,000 a year earlier. Sales rose 31% to $37.1 million. Odetics is a manufacturer of data recording devices, robotic equipment and other information processing machinery.
