Cynthia Drennan, who joined Landmark Bank in 1986 as assistant vice president and senior credit officer, has been promoted to vice president and manager of the bank’s Small Business Administration division in Anaheim. Before joining the bank, Drennan was staff analyst for economic development for the City of La Habra.
