Northridge Sweeps Irvine in Volleyball

Jeff Campbell had 14 kills and a .571 hitting percentage to help the Cal State Northridge men’s volleyball team sweep UC Irvine, 15-7, 15-10, 15-13, in a nonconference match Saturday at Irvine.
CSUN (5-8) also got 12 kills from Robert Samuelson, who had a hitting percentage of .381., and Ron Lins hit .571 with 4 kills in 7 attempts.
