Senate Approves 3 Judges for U.S. District Courts

WASHINGTON — The Senate has approved President Reagan’s nominations for three U.S. District Court judges. Approved were Malcolm J. Howard, for the eastern district of North Carolina; Stephen M. Reasoner, for the eastern district of Arkansas, and Rudy Lozano, for the northern district of Indiana.
