Kasler Corp. Sells Contracting Unit to Midwest Firm

Kasler Corp., a San Bernardino-based general contractor, has agreed to sell its Hunt Contracting Co. subsidiary to a private Midwestern company for about $1.5 million.
Hunt, which performs highway sawing and grooving, had revenue of $3.7 million in the fiscal year that ended last Oct. 31.
