Rick Houghtaling has been promoted to the new position of vice president of development for Heidi’s Frogen Yozurt Shoppes of Laguna Hills. He was previously director of construction and design and will now oversee the real estate and construction departments. Before joining Heidi’s, Houghtaling was with the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Colorado.
