Theodore P. Crichton was named president of American Nucleonics Corp., a Westlake Village maker of defense electronics equipment.
Crichton replaces William L. Foley, who left the company in May. Crichton was previously American Nucleonics’ vice president of advanced programs.
American Nucleonics is a subsidiary of Eaton Corp., a Cleveland defense company that bought American Nucleonics for $23.7 million in 1986.
