A perjury charge against Mossy Cade, a former Green Bay Packers defensive back, was dismissed in Brown County (Wis.) Circuit Court for lack of evidence. Cade had been accused of lying on the witness stand during his sexual assault trial last year.
Cade was sentenced to 2 years in prison after the sexual assault conviction and has served 14 months thus far.
