Some Wrong Numbers

In David M. Kinchen’s article, “Corporate Tenants Seek Burbank Space,’ (Oct. 9) there were two incorrect statements:
The first was regarding the Compact Video Building. The building is located at 2301 W. Alameda, not 2813, and comprises 102,000 rentable square feet, not 90,000 square feet. I know, as I am the exclusive leasing agent for the project.
Also, the Cushman Investment and Development Corp.’s twin tower, while planned for 880,000 square feet, has only gotten approval for just over 700,000 square feet. This approval is based on Burbank’s Blue Ribbon Committee, which advises the Community Redevelopment Agency, and existing floor area ratio, which provides for a one to one building ratio.
