Sammis Business Center Work Begun in Oxnard

HMH Construction Co. of Camarillo has begun construction of the $75-million Sammis Business Center, a 65-acre mixed-use park at Rice and Gonzales roads in Oxnard. The first three two-story office structures will total 140,000 square feet.
