Sun Valley House Fire Does $150,000 Damage

A fire of undetermined origin caused $150,000 damage Thursday to a single-story Sun Valley house used as quarters for a electrical contractor and an auto agency, authorities said.
The blaze at 8600 Lankershim Boulevard broke out at 3:30 p.m. and was extinguished in less than 15 minutes, said Greg Acevedo of the Los Angeles City Fire Department.
