Heritage to Acquire Landmark Theatre Corp.

Heritage Entertainment Inc., Los Angeles, has agreed to acquire Landmark Theatre Corp., according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Landmark will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Heritage.
