Southern California winners of the 1988 Builder’s Choice Design & Planning awards, sponsored by Builder, the official magazine of the National Assn. of Home Builders, include Goldman/Firth/Architects, Malibu, grand prize for 24955 Pacific Coast Highway, and award of merit to Costa Mesa Partners, builder, and McLarand, Vasquez & Partners, architect, for Villa Martinique in Costa Mesa.
