Commercial Scene : Ground Broken for Oxnard Town Center

Ground has been broken for the initial phase of infrastructure improvements at Oxnard Town Center, a 4.4-million square-foot, $500-million mixed-use center in Ventura County.
The 265-acre project by River Edge Development Co. is immediately adjacent to and north of the Ventura (101) Freeway at Pacific Coast Highway in Oxnard.
