Commercial Scene : Covina Site to Be Run by Coldwell Banker

Day-to-day operations of a five-story Covina office building at 800 S. Barranca Ave., will be handled by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Services, according to an announcement by the building owner, Redwood City-based Barranca Covina Realty.
Built in 1981, the 95,000-square-foot structure, now 91% leased, was designed by Langdon Wilson Mumper of Woodland Hills and Newport Beach.
