A $13-million equine auction complex with sales pavilion, show rings and nine barns for 504 horses is being developed in Pomona on a 13.5-acre parcel along White Avenue in the Fairplex Park.
The complex will be developed and built by the Sahadi Construction Group, headed by Fred N. Sahadi, a thoroughbred owner and breeder.
Infrastructure construction is already under way, and completion is expected of the barns in September and the sales pavilion in January.
