Art Hatfield has been named regional vice president of Newport Beach-based Pacific National Bank. He will concentrate on loan originations for the bank’s loan production office in Santa Ana, which is scheduled to open later this month. Hatfield joined Pacific National in 1984 as vice president and commercial loan officer. Previously, he was with Bank of Orange County for three years and spent 10 years with Bank of America as assistant vice president and commercial loan officer in charge of business development at the Newport Center branch.
