Westminster : Workers Compensation Issue to Be Discussed
- Share via
A community forum on the state workers compensation issue will be held Friday at Westminster Community Service and Recreation Center.
The two-hour forum, which begins at 9 a.m., is being sponsored by Assemblyman Curt Pringle (R-Garden Grove).
In announcing the forum, Pringle said he believes that reform of the workers compensation system is “badly needed” because the cost is high for employers and the benefits relatively few for employees. Various proposals have been under consideration in the Legislature.
The center is at 8200 Westminster Blvd.
