Palmdale Man Killed in Robbery

A Palmdale man was fatally shot in what may have been a robbery, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said today.
Robert Breedlove, 24, was shot at 10:45 p.m. Saturday in his apartment in the 400 block of East Avenue Q-3, Sgt. Bob Perry said. Breedlove, who deputies said had been hit in the head with a shotgun blast, was taken to Palmdale Medical Center, where he died Sunday afternoon.
Perry said there were no arrests or identified suspects in the case but said that evidence at the scene indicated that robbery was a partial motive. He declined to elaborate.
