Software Toolworks Announces Stock Offering

Software Toolworks, a Chatsworth computer software company, announced a public offering of 2.73 million common shares at $10.50 a share.

The company said the stock will include 1.7 million shares offered by the company and 1.03 million to be sold by present Software Toolworks stockholders. The sale is being managed by Montgomery Securities.
