Typesetter Charged With Securities Fraud: A man who works for Business Week’s typesetting company was charged with securities fraud for allegedly trading on advance information contained in the magazine’s articles and influential stock column. A civil lawsuit by the Securities and Exchange Commission said the alleged insider trading occurred from April through Nov. 2, long after similar well-publicized cases involving illegal trading on Business Week information.
