Rexon to Buy Sytron

Rexon Inc. of Manhattan Beach has agreed to buy Westboro, Mass.-based Sytron Corp. for $11.8 million. Sytron is a private company that develops and markets software for file backup and archival systems, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
