COMMUNITY COLLEGE BASKETBALL ROUNDUP : Fullerton Stops Mt. San Antonio, 58-53

Roy Joseph scored 11 points to lead Fullerton College to a 58-53 victory over Mt. San Antonio in a consolation quarterfinal of the Riverside Holiday basketball tournament Thursday.
Mike Keith and Mike Goff each added seven points for Fullerton.
In another Riverside tournament game:
Grossmont 93, Golden West 82--Alexis Kreps scored 17 points to lead Grossmont. Golden West was led by Jason Bishop, who had 20 points, and Rafick Kiti, who scored 19.
In the Pasadena tournament:
Rancho Santiago 68, Moorpark 65--Gene Altamiramo scored 19 points to lead Rancho Santiago. Matthew Lien had 15 points and Mike Hunter had 10 for Rancho Santiago. Greg Taylor had 12 for Moorpark.
In the Glendale tournament:
Cypress 69, L.A. Valley 65--Grayle Humphrey had 21, 19 in the second half, to key a comeback by Cypress (9-1), which was trailing Valley (6-4), 33-20, at halftime.
In the first round of the Cuesta women’s basketball tournament:
Golden West 122, Monterey Peninsula 55--Donna Gondringer had 25 points to lead Golden West (13-0). Golden West had seven players in double figures.
Orange Coast 68, Cuesta 53--Erika Manning had 14, Cindy Kollar 13 and Michelle Hennesey 11 for Orange Coast (13-2). Netta Perkins had 16 for Cuesta.
