Crack Cocaine Trafficking

Jehl’s article in which he reveals that two major oil companies in the United States, Exxon and Shell, produce as much as 80% of the methyl ethyl ketone used by the Colombian cartels in the manufacture of cocaine, portrays another example of governmental ineptitude in the throes of corporate greed.
It’s not difficult to understand how Exxon and Shell would contribute to the cocaine cartels. Their propensity for holding a thirst for profits above moral responsibility is legend. But how our elected officials, who’ve pledged an “all-out war” against cocaine, expect their constituents to believe them, when they accede to these dirty profits, is beyond comprehension.
