A Haven for Gay Teens

In response to Lou Sheldon’s opinion on Project 10, I feel compelled to inform him that homosexuality is not an illness and therefore not contagious, not immoral and not a choice.
Growing up gay was difficult and I feel I would have been better adjusted at an earlier age had Project 10 been available to me. Sexual promiscuity comes from lack of self-love. Especially today, I would like to commend Project 10 for teaching love and self-acceptance in a world that teaches us to live in fear and hate ourselves.
