Silverstone Partners, an Irvine-based investment partnership controlled by David Gaon, has increased its stake in Lincoln NC Realty Fund Inc. of Palo Alto from 6.22% to 7.5%, or 151,581 common shares. Silverstone bought 26,000 Lincoln shares between Nov. 27 and Dec. 6 for $7.50 to $7.75 each, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
