Group Discloses Bank Stake: An investor group that includes CBS Chief Executive Laurence A. Tisch said it owns a 6.6% stake in Bank of Boston Corp. The group said it has bought 4.7 million shares in the banking company as an investment, paying $94.5 million. The group also includes FLF Associates, a New York investment firm.
