Community leaders were asked what will be the biggest single challenge facing Orange County in the next decade and also their top five issues.

“In the coming decade we need to take a fresh look at the challenges we currently face in the area of health care and find innovative approaches to respond to them. We have witnessed in Orange County the increasing costs of medical care for ourselves and our loved ones, as well as the increased demands being placed on our health care systems by uninsured or underinsured.”
