Man Found Shot to Death in Santee Garage

An unidentified man was found shot to death Monday in a garage in Santee, and San Diego County Sheriff’s Department investigators were questioning three residents at the house.
Sgt. Kim Carson said deputies were called to the home in the 10100 block of Magnolia Avenue about 7 a.m. by one of the residents, who dialed 911 and reported a shooting at that location.
Deputies found a dead man in the garage, apparently the victim of a gunshot. His identity was not released Monday.
Officials said three occupants of the house were removed for questioning.
“It is believed one of the occupants may have fired the weapon, but the circumstances around the shooting are not yet known,” Carson said.
