Attorney Martin J. Barab has been named executive vice president and a director of Eagle Entertainment, Los Angeles. He also is president of International Media Exchange. Lawrence M. Vanger, chairman and secretary-treasurer of Eagle, has been named president, succeeding Martin L. Fink, who resigned.
