4 Executed in China for Selling Narcotics

BEIJING — Four men have been executed after being convicted of selling heroin and opium in southern China, a newspaper reported Thursday.
The overseas edition of the People’s Daily said a court in Kunming, the provincial capital of Yunnan, found the four guilty of earning thousands of dollars between 1985 and 1988 from selling drugs in Kunming and Canton.
