Proposition 111

The Times’ defense of Prop. 111 doesn’t explain what’s happening to those enormous license and registration fees California is already collecting for improvement of highways, etc. Let’s vote no on Prop. 111 and Prop. 108 and stop telling people from other states to come to California because we don’t need more smog to poison our air.
