LAGUNA BEACH : City to Let Residents Discard Bulky Items

City residents will have an opportunity to discard oversize clutter on their regular trash pickup day this week.
Twice a year the city allows residents to dispose of items that would be too bulky for weekly trash collection, such as hot water tanks, couches or old refrigerators. The discards should be left at curbside.
