Israeli Border Police Kill Palestinian, 13

JERUSALEM — Paramilitary forces shot and killed a 13-year-old Palestinian in the Israeli-occupied West Bank today, a day after a Swedish human rights group condemned the army’s use of violence against Arab children.
The teen-ager was killed when the border police dispersed youths from the Balata refugee camp who threw stones at an oil truck on the outskirts of the camp, military sources said.
