Several world-class athletes, including sprinter Stanley Floyd, long jumper Mike Powell and 800-meter runner Joaquim Cruz of Brazil, will compete in the Irvine Elite track and field meet Sunday at UC Irvine. Field events begin at 3:30 p.m., running events at 4:30.
