Koll Irwindale Center Planned: The Koll Co., the big Newport Beach developer, and Mission Land Co. in Brea said Wednesday they had paid $19 million for 63 acres in Irwindale, said to be one of the last large remaining parcels in the San Gabriel Valley.
The project will be called Koll Business Center Irwindale. The two companies will sell parcels as small as one acre.
Lots will be available by late next summer.
