Top Quality: ABC’s “China Beach” and CBS’ “Designing Women” received the most awards for Viewers for Quality Television 1990 Quality Awards. “Beach” won five, “Women” had four. CBS’s “Murphy Brown,” NBC’s “Quantum Leap,” “L.A. Law,” “Empty Nest” and ABC’s “The Wonder Years” received one each.
