World IN BRIEF : PHILIPPINES : Another Survivor of Quake Reported

Rescue teams recovered a man alive from the ruins of an earthquake-shattered hotel in the northern Philippines, where he had been buried for 14 days, radio reports said in Manila. The reports said miners that pulled the 27-year-old man from the basement of the Hyatt Hotel in Baguio City, 125 miles north of Manila. It was shattered in a July 16 earthquake, which killed at least 1,650 people.
