Complaint From Guns N’ Roses Singer: Guns N’ Roses rocker Axl Rose has filed a complaint with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department charging harassment, a Geffen Records spokeswoman said Wednesday. A statement released by the record company claimed that more than a dozen officers forced their way into Rose’s apartment July 31 without a warrant and without explaining why they were there. According to the singer, the officers left, but threatened to “return and take (him) in.” A sheriff’s spokesman said that the deputies had been called by neighbors about loud music at Rose’s apartment. An officer has been assigned to investigate Rose’s complaint.
