In their sixth day of deliberations, jurors in the trial of Marion Barry again viewed the videotape of the FBI sting that led to the Washington mayor’s arrest on drug and perjury charges. The viewing followed an indication that the case may be going in Barry’s favor. The fact that jurors announced earlier that they had reached an unannounced verdict on the 12th of 14 charges suggests that the panel has not been able to reach a decision on the first 11 counts, which include the most serious charges, attorneys said.
