Julie Doll, 33, editor and publisher of the Hays Daily News in Hays, Kan., will become publisher of the Camarillo Daily News Sept. 10, succeeding Hank Crockett, who resigned earlier this month. The announcement was made by Harris Enterprises Inc. of Hutchinson, Kan., which owns both newspapers.
