Incentives Offered: The Pan Pacific Hotel in Anaheim has launched a drive to collect delinquent bills by offering bonuses to employees in its accounts receivable department.
“At the start of our incentive program, the aging receivables balance was too high,” hotel controller Fantaye Ambaye said. “Within three months of the inception of our incentive program, the department’s four employees, working as a team, had cut the balance in half.”
