COUNTYWIDE : Opinions Sought on CSU Campus Site

Ventura County residents are invited to a meeting today to give their views on the location of a proposed California State University campus in the county.
The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Financial Plaza Hilton, 600 Esplanade Drive, Oxnard.
Cal State officials, a citizens committee and EIP Consultants are narrowing a list of 38 proposed sites to between three and five. When those are chosen in a month, the consultants will prepare environmental impact reports on each.
