Sikh Gunmen Kill 4 in Policeman’s Family

AMRITSAR, India — Sikh gunmen raided the home of a police interrogator in Punjab and killed four members of his family, police said Sunday.
Elsewhere in the state, eight deaths were blamed on Sikh militants who are leading a violent campaign for an independent homeland in the rich farming state, news reports said.
