PARIS — Debbie Graham of Fountain Valley beat West Germany’s Sabine Hack, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4, today to advance to the third round of the Paris Women’s Open.
Graham, 19, who reached the semifinals of the Virginia Slims tournament in San Diego, will face fourth-seeded Julie Halard of France in a third-round match on Friday. Halard eliminated Angeliti Kanellopoulou of Greece, 4-6, 6-3, 6-3.
